Dearborn County Retired Teachers Foundation, Inc.

The Dearborn County Retired Teachers Foundation is a separate entity from the Dearborn County Retired Teachers Association.  Established so that contributors can make tax-deductible donations to the Educator Grant/Award, its Board and By-Laws are separate from the Association’s.  DCRTA is a 501(c)(4) social organization;  DCRTF is a recognized 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit.

In 2013 the DCRTF partnered with the Dearborn Community Foundation to set up an endowment for the perpetuation of its Educator Grant/Award.   Donations, bequeaths, and memorials will be used to apply for matching funds from the Dearborn Community Foundation.  We encourage you to remember our students in your wills or charitable giving.

Information about the Educator Grant/Award program can be seen on the website’s scroll bar Educator Grant/Award or by clicking on this highlighted name. As retired teachers we know that you have devoted your lives to education and wish to see creative and innovative programs in our schools for our local students.  Your support of the students and their teachers is much appreciated.
